Since 1929, the Italian company Rossini Illuminazione has been offering a vast array of products renowned for their quality, reliability and technological innovation; now it has been chosen to illuminate the freshly-renovated spaces of the Dessange Hair Salon in Trieste.

In this setting, designed to be efficient and welcoming, lighting plays a decisive role, as it must combine energy saving with easy maintenance, all the while producing the dazzle-free light necessary for good hairstyling as well as for reception work.

The solution chosen was Alias, a recessed LED, spotlight from the Tech Rossini Illuminazione, catalogue, a proposal that meets the latest quality standards and seeks to constantly evolve and improve, keeping pace with new technological developments and adhering to environmental and sector-related regulations.
Alias features a clean, minimalist aesthetic, and a light, modern look that fits beautifully into spaces with its suffused light and broad beam. This model combines a die-cast aluminium body with a glass diffuser to protect the light source; the central part of the diffuser covering the LED is satin-finished to avoid any dazzle, a particularly useful attribute for the hair-washing basins. The product comes with built-in LED driver powering a high-efficiency COB LED for high brightness (2700 lumen in total), for just 30W of energy consumption.

Finally, to ensure good colour perception and an even greater luminous efficacy, the neutral-colour variant (4000K) was selected, with a CRI (colour rendering index) of ≥80.
